When do you replace brake rotors?  Do they have a thickness measurement like a car?  Just wonderong if there was a specific service interval.

There is no specified interval, just run them until they're worn out or damaged.  They do have a minimum thickness spec, and it's stamped into the rotor just like on a car.  I can't remember what it is off the top of my head.

Same here - Just run them until you notice any pulsation, or obvious damage. Once they start, they get worse pretty quickly.
