Sundowner vs Hammock... which will go on the easiest and have the least amount of paint rubbing issues?

I had a sundowner on a roadking and it was a good seat. I have a hammock on my cvo and it is the most comfortable HD seat I have owned. No issues with paint rubbing (I kept the fender strips).
