 I don't know how many of you have been following my complaining but the issue got resolved today.  It was a combination of updating the power vision software and a lack of back pressure.  The service manager at my dealership is an Master welder and incredibly talented.  The chart I posted is with a set of crappy mufflers that he keeps for testing.  He is going to disassemble my mufflers and build customer baffles to get the same result.  I couldn't be happier.

A little confused for a second or two, but I realized the scaling was off a bit...nice that they got it straightened out for you, you must feel the difference.
