There are a few sizes of each (Torx and Allen) throughout the bike.  So why worry with individuals sizes?

Just get a good set of Allen (Imperial sizes, they're not metric on the bike) and Torx sockets.  A good set of T-handles for each can be very handy too.

Two Lane is right.  Also recommend a touque wrench in case you don't have one.  (Don't forget the loctite.)

And if someone decides to get a torque wrench keep in mind just how deep you might be going in to your bike.  If you might be servicing your own clutch/primary you need to make sure you get a torque wrench that measure both left and right handed tightening.  Many don't and the clutch nut is left handed thread.
