can you add breather kit from hd with out any orther programming on 2007 ultra 110 friends has 1 needs help with that question

hd-dude:
It has been stated by several people that you can change the AC OR the exhaust without mods to the ECM. Having said that with as lean as these bikes come from the factory I would not do either without modifying the fuel delivery system.
