If you're in the Huntington Beach, Ca area you should check out Huntington Beach Hogs & Choppers. 2 man shop, know their chit and really understand the importance of customer satisfaction.  Straight shooters, don't oversell.  They have serviced my last 2 CVO's.

Pure Hell Customs in Manassas Park, VA 703-335-1447. Axil will likely second this the best indy shop in Northern, VA.
