How did you get that center stand to work with a cross under exhaust pipe? I thought it would hit the pipe?

I'm running the HD centerstand on my '11 FLHTK with the stock exhaust crossover with no interference.

For me the legs of the center stand are so short they are no where close to the exhaust.  ;)

LOL. I have done a few things that I've changed back to OEM or something different as I didn't like the results... it happens.

The ride and ride heights are important to me. With all of the tinkering I have not given up the OEM ride height.

I have goofed with the front end a few times trying to firm it up but not make it harsh... fine line there.

Go demo ride a 14 and check out the front end. I noticed a real nice difference at Demo Days last week. I wonder if you can make how hard it would be for YOU to swap out your front end to a 14 front end. ::)

Waiting on Pickard to make trees for the 14 model year. Probably would be a nice upgrade.

Yes it is a stock street glide 16" wheel from a 2012, ABS bearing.

I worked on my center stand some more.... I still have to pull the assembly off and finish welding it than clean up the welds and powder coat or paint it.

I had a 12" Windvest on my 01 that was great so I installed a 12" on the 13 and I can't see over it without sitting up nice and straight. It is just to tall. The 10" may have been a better choice for this bike. So after riding today I just couldn't deal with the windshield anymore so I cut it! I cut 1 1/2" off of the bottom which netted me about 1 1/4" +/- of height loss. Cutting the bottom off made the windshield about 1/2" shorter on each side. I can live with it until I find "The" windshield of my liking.

I changed out my compressor as I thought it wasn't cutting it. I later discovered the original installer was missing a one way valve and that is why the compressor wasn't doing what I needed it to do. My bad for installing the kit right out of the box without checking it out.

Changed the forward facing air cleaner out for the SE version that matches my front wheel.

Cut up a stock throttle body cover as shown here on the site.

Awhile back I removed my horn and original motor mount. I had my 13 year old son on the mill goofing around cutting me a motor mount. Over the winter I'll pull it off and radius the edges but for now I'm going to run it as he made it.











Installed my horn. I guess I'll see how bad the water beats up on it. Worse case scenario I'll install one in the fairing like on my 01.
