Luckily I did not have to as I was able to massage the bagger ignition to allow it to work.

With that said I picked up an OEM plug from HD to plug into the Softail ignition just in case. The wiring was easy as I was able to come up with a wiring diagram online showing which wires went where. Again I did not have to move mine so I got lucky......

Mike....your bike and your skills are unbelievable. Your posts motivated me to buy a used atomic orange roadglide last June. How does she ride and handle with the added rake?

It is different, nothing a few hours of riding won't overcome. I wasn't sure what to expect so my maiden voyage was a solo slow ride. I found that the bike wants to stand up coming out of the corners. After giving some thought to it I found I was putting a little more bar input into the bike going into the turns. After the initial shake down run this hasn't even been a thought. My girl says the bike rides smoother, I can't say for sure. Knowing I was going to be dealing with the wider and taller front tire I installed urethane handlebar bushings. As with most urethane bushings they stiffen the ride and you feel it, well I feel some of the road in the bars now. I may go back to rubber bushings! The turning radius is that of a school bus... this will take me some time to master. If that bike is capable I will get it to turn around between the white lines. I could with the 26" so I'll keep trying with the 30". We came up the highway the other night at 80 and had no issues going through the turns. I'll keep increasing my speed as I get more comfortable on the bike. I believe I'll run out of lean angle due to the bags before I run out of front tire. The bike is a little longer now... parking next to other bikes I have a bunch of motorcycle sticking out. Daytona will be tough as my wheel will be in the street when backed up to the curb....

The crossover fit however I couldn't get the RCA's plugged in so I did what I needed to do....
