Why a Fueling oil pump, plate, and lifters? They own stock in Fueling? Considering the large number of engine failures due to sumping, I don't see any valid reason to tempt fate by installing aftermarket parts which will in fact void the factory warranty if you have any kind of failure H-D could possibly blame on your aftermarket parts. At this point Harley has not come out with a retrofit "fix" for the engine sumping problem (it's possible they did fix it on the 2019's with a change to the cases, only time will tell), so unless you came into a lot of extra money and don't mind having to possibly replace the engine on your own dime, I think it would be wise to do nothing that could void the warranty. As for verbal promises from a dealership, verbal promises and a five dollar bill will get you a cup of so-so coffee at Starbucks.
