Thanks everyone for your thoughts.  :bananarock:

Apparently in Europe the colour is Maple Metallic and Roman Gold, go figure. (Hope its the same!)

Even though on the UK website its Frosted Ivory and Vintage Gold.  :nixweiss:

HD sure make it confusing when you're spending loadsa money, guess I'll continue on in blind faith anyway.

Take care all.

I'm really offended by the color remarks.  She's not a turd!  Screamin Hershey squirt...maybe but no turd.  All kidding aside.  I really like it but...seems like a little too muc cream on top staring back at you.  So I settled with a RIO Red to go with my 09 Silver Serg.  you know, you just cant have too many Screamin Eagle Road Glides!

This is an interesting thread. It reminds me of when I was waiting on my banana to come in. Everyone was getting their teal or red SEEG in and posting pics. I remember hearing those that were talking about the banana and how it was too much yellow with the inner fairing painted yellow too. I came close to changing to a cherry but decided to stick with the yellow. I'm so glad I did. I had no idea how beautiful the paint was in person. Depending on the angle of the sun you get a green, red, gold or yellow hue in the metal flake. When we were at Barber race track in Birmingham, I could look across the other end of the track and spot my banana sitting on the hill! I obviously love it. Can't wait to see this "turd" in person and make my own opinion. :2vrolijk_21:

So my dealer got a Rio Red on the floor about 3 weeks ago. He offered to trade me my Charcoal Slate/Black Ember (10kmiles) plus $5k.
What a deal. I passed.  ::)
