Anyone have apes?

I have a fxstsse2 and am looking to put on some 12"ers. Went through the photo thread and didnt see but 1 or 2 with apes. Anyone have any brand or cable length recommendations? THANKS!!

Look at page 5 of this forum, 4th post down "just changed bars"
I listed all the part numbers from my conversion to 10" mini-apes.

I put Chubby 12.5" apes on my '08 FXSTSSE2.  Looks great and is so much more comfortable.  Chubby's were the only ones I could find that have the 1 1/4" middle for the tach mount.

I have 14 inch apes on my 2009.  Love em.  Got the whole package from http://www.hillcountrycustomcycles.com/.  Went on flawlessly.  I had to get adapter plates to match the stock risers. After pricing all the components from different vendors and shipping AND guess work.  I just called them and got 1 1/4 apes that were pre-wired with switches and cables and lines.  I will use them again if I do another bike.

I have 12 in mini apes on my 04 fatboy.  Love them.  However, my right arm goes numb after awhile.   Dont know if 12 in is too tall or not
