*SE High Flow Exhaust System*
« on: September 09, 2014, 12:32:21 PM »

Any Builders/Tuners bolt one of these on during a Stage 2 upgrade?

Thoughts & Feedback of a tried experience would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I put These on my 14 cvo road king and Harley dealer said it didn't need a re-map but it runs rough now and I think it running to lean because of the high flow.  Looking in to getting a Vand & Hines Fuel Pak 3 to remedy the problem.

Fuel Pack FP3 works great but make sure they have a similar set up in their choices. In fact you can call them and they will tell you what the most most similar set up is to start with. Then you can autotune.

Better yet, find a good professional tuner and have the bike properly tuned.

I just ordered this new exhaust system for my 2015 CVO Street Glide.  Had to get a Super Tuner p/n 32109-08c $459.95 to go with it.  Give feedback as soon as I can.

Hmmmm. Did anyone notice that the new Screamin Eagle High Flow Headers looks like one of our forum sponsors products.

Hey Steve, looks like a copy cat header of your "DX"?

Had one day to ride with new exhaust system.  From the first twist of the throttle I could feel more power from the bike.  Quicker responsiveness and faster acceleration make my CVO SG perform like a rocket.  Loving the low end torque boost.  The bike now has more of a growl than with stock pipes.  During highway speeds I can turn up the radio and enjoy it fully.  The over all look of the system compliments chrome accents and the hard candy paint.  Be glad the answer questions.

All tuning was done by Appalachian HD in Mechanicsburg, PA.  I now have a Super Tuner just for my bike.  They def road the bike to dial it in because it had more miles and less gas then when I dropped it off.  Let me go take some pics.
