"Good" H-D Dyno tuner near Philly, PA

Looking for a recommendation for a Dyno tuner at a Dealership near Philly.  My bike came w/ a SE Racetuner and no one other than a HD dealer wants to touch it 'cause it's too labor intensive.  I just had bike Dyno'd and I'm at least 5hp short of acceptable.  Only other alternative is to spend the money for a PC5 and start over.  Bike runs nice, as is, so I thought I'd start with trying to get the SERT dialed in first.
