Problem is, they probably don't come in progressive lenses for us old farts. :'(

Yea...progressives, ultra thin (so they don't look like Joe Paterno's glasses)...it's hell gettin' old, ain't it?

The only issue I see with these shades is fitting them inside anything other than a shorty helmet...even then, would buttons be accessible?  Can't see their value in a full face at all.  If they would work in a shorty though, it would be nice.  With my prescription, if available, they'd be a thousand dollars.... ;D ;D :o :o :'(

I wear a shorty so that's no problem. But can you hear them Ok at speed with no fairing or windshield? Does the music and voice sound good or are you lucky just to hear it? Thanks, Hoist!

THe only way to even think about putting prescription lenses in those would be the inserts that hang off the nose piece.  The curvature of the outside lenses would distort things so bad they wouldn't be wearable.  Of course, the insert would look just dandy when viewed from the outside!!  You'd need the appropriate pocket protectors to complete the "ensemble"! A beautiful sunny Friday morning with a high of 72 in the middle of December, how could I not ride a scoot to work today?
My SEEG is in the shop (having Christmas gifts installed) so I got on the SED. I grabbed the H-D flip face that I have used and loved for quite awhile but not worn since I bought the Nolan last month.
Whoa, did I get spoiled rotten quick, after about 5 minutes I was ready to pull over and throw that POS H-D helmet in the gutter. What a POS!
Now I have to go and order another Nolan in black because I can't bring myself to wearing that bright yellow on anything but a

Renea and I wear HD half shells with Wiley-X goggles during the summer, and anytime can can get away without wearing the 3/4 helmets.  I sweat like a fire hydrant, and it gets bad in that 3/4, so I tend not to wear it unless it is frigid cold, or if I gotta be talking with fellow riders.  Renea and I are well versed in communicating "over-the-shoulder."  We've thought about full-face helmets for winter riding, since we're both getting more and more sensitive to cold, but we'll keep using the half shells during seasonable weather.

Man, after seeing 12 pages of $400 helmets, you guys definitely don't want to know what I wear (and only cause there's a law!) But I'll tell you this, it only costs $30, if that gives you a hint! ;) Hoist! 8-)
