I just checked Harley's website. I didn't see a CVO Road Glide for 2020.
-
That's what the CARB report is saying also.
Sent from my boring Droid phone.

What He Said!
No Fang Spoilers for 2020!

They may do a mid year release...maybe, but probably not

I sure thought that with Indian introducing their fixed fairing Road Glide knock off this year that Harley would have tried to really work the Road Glide as much as they could. Guess I was wrong!

Actually, that might be why. Maybe (and that's a big one) they are waiting to see what the new Indian looks like and then release something mid year to complete? Never can tell...I was hoping Indian would release it during Sturgis this year. Found out they weren't completely 100% ready yet and didn't want to release something that wasn't ready to go at day one...u-ni-que approach

Mid year release of the New Mono-shock Frame 2021 Tour Glide 117 as a replacement for the Road Glide. Not available in black. Will have Ride Modes, electric adjustable windshield, universal Bluetooth, adjustable heated seats, Electronic Suspension Control with automatic preload and four dampening settings.

After reading thread after thread in the 2020’s, I think I’ll just stick with my 09 SERG

Anyone remember the last time the MOCO introduced a mid year CVO? It would definitely be interesting.

Nice dream. I have dreamed similar.
I doubt we see a mid year release. Frame really should have been updated for 2020, its 11 years old now.
Sure glade I bought an 19 CVO Road Glide, Red Pepper.

I thought it was the 11 1/2 SEUC that's blue. There's a few of them floating around. I know Chip has one.

If that's the case it would be later than the one I could remember.

Both of those seem to be just colors or trim added to a current model mid year with no real upgrades. So unfortunately as Dave says, not likely. But....we can still be hopeful. :nixweiss:

I think it was 2015. Moco was having major problems with the yellow SESG paint. Released in Daytona bike week the carbon crystal phantom flames SESG. I bought one.
They brought back the carbon crystal phantom flames to the 2016 models too.

You Road Glide guys & gals have it good... They bring out a CVO RG every so often to keep the interest level up, then take it away again.
All that does is keep the value high on your previously enjoyed RG's.
I've been waiting for the same thing to happen to the Ultra/Ltd's, but they just keep pushing them out - for the past 15 years straight!
Sure glad I still enjoy my trusty old 2008, because as of late they sure are boring with their colours, IMHO.
