Hit a deer with my first 2015 CVO RGU, as stated in above post, had the same problem. The new one (RG2) I just got has a redesigned tank logo that does not fall off. They know about the issue!

Does it look like the original logo or is it different?

It's different, smaller and not as flashy, but after 5k miles no problem. It's missing the prisom effect.
