Will these heads work better than my CVO heads with SE 117 twin cam kit?

You benefit from a compression jump and other than that the results would not likely be worth spending the cash to make a change in my opinion. Equal no change in power or torque.
Porting the CVO heads and milling would get you better results for 2/3 or less the cost.
