Hello everyone,
Ok, so updated my GTS system software to the newest version successfully, then updated my maps to the 2024 version successfully, (why you ask, I don't know) now when I try to update my Dealer POI software it states "authenticating update image, remove usb device to cancel" and just sits there. Waited so long I killed the battery. Now I have to buy a battery charger.
Anyone else having a problem with the new 2024 Dealer POI software update?

Go to:

and download the file for GTS NA to your desktop, then open and drag SWD file out, drag both files in thumb drive separately, plug into bike and follow the instructions, the newest version of POI is 2022-1

I went though the same exercise - I purchased and successfully installed the NA-MY2024-1 maps. Then I tried to install the MY24 POI through the Harley Davidson Toolbox app (which said that it was available). I received the same "Authenticating update image..." message on the bike. I called Harley support and they said that the MY24 POI is not available yet and that when it will be available it will be listed on the Software Update area of the Harley website. The Toolbox app is a joke.

You don't use the toolbox to update POI, click on the link I posted
