Title: 2010 "Willie Wings" & Radio retro fit?
Post by: acevtwin on June 24, 2013, 02:54:51 PM
Im considering buying a 2010 CVO Convertible (Orange / Black of course) for my wife. There has been lots of talk about adding the 12' style windshield extensions and radio but has it ever really been done? I went through 28 pages in this CVO Convertible section and found nothing conclusive. Did I miss it? Can anyone tell me part numbers? Any pictures of it done? Any help would be appreciated. I just have to make sure this can be done and for a reasonable price before I make the purchase. Thanks, Ace

If you are talking about those that have changed the windshield over to mimic the 2013 model.  This would be your post;

Ive decided to pull the trigger and buy the 2010 Convertible. Thanks for the link to the windshield fix. Has anyone put a 2011 or 12' radio set up on the 2010? Maybe theres a write up on that somewhere/

It's just an amplifier and speakers, no radio.  You need to plug in the Zumo or an iPod.  I don't know of anyone that has done it so far.  Too costly.

I bought the bike. A Beautiful 2010 Orange / Black with 500 miles on it. Got the Willie wings and the new Jurrock Windshield.  Its a lot better set up than stock but it will still take some getting used to after coming off the 04' SEEG with Fairing. I think the hardest thing for me to get used to is all the top end noise from that 110. That's all I can hear. I do miss the 103.
