Excessive Exhaust Condensation

Just got this bike a couple weeks ago and noticed that after running the engine for a while and shutting it down, the exhaust pisses out water. It seems like a lot of condensation. My metric (1985 VMAX) bike before my HD (2015 CVO Limited) never experienced this before. The only thing I can think of is that the Vmax pipes face upward and cannot leak out any water. The CVO seem to tapper down which allows the condensation to drip out. Its either that or my CVO has a bladder control issue... ;D

My 2015 CVO Road Glide Limited never did that. Early on, I installed Fullsac Baffles. Is your exhaust stock or aftermarket?

Remember for every gallon of gasoline burned a gallon of water is created which exits the tailpipe in your car.  That is why you will see smoke (water vapor) on a cold winter day coming out the tailpipe. That is also why you will see weep holes in the bottom of car mufflers, it allows the water to drain out.
Last but not least, exhausts rot from the inside out (a little known fact)

The pipes are Rinehard slipons with DBX40 baffles. I understand the theory of condensation. I'm just surprised at the amount of water that its able to collect in such a short period of time, while running. I guess it also has a lot to do with climate and perhaps the lack of an escape route for the water.

 Keep in mind when the exhaust gets hot (really hot) the water created is burned off (evaporates). The heat of the exhaust vaporizes the water completely. Many automotive museums will take a car (if driven) out for a 20 miles to ensure all water in engine/transmissions/exhaust is completely burned off.
