I may buy one,.....after I see 80% of them going 75k on the clock without needing major repairs like cam bearings, lifters, tensioners, compensators, valve guides, crank runout, crank bearings, sumping and more.  Until then it's just another "New Harley Engine".

I am anxious to find out all the details.  I want more on the engine, and especially more information on the suspension.  Will there be ride modes like the Pan America or Sportster S?

I'm about the same.

So, the styling seems good, the VVT should be an improvement, and the suspension could be an opportunity for them to make some great changes.

I am running the IBR in June, and plan to start shopping for a replacement for my '20 FLHTK in July.  I plan to ride offerings from BMW, Honda, HD and maybe a few others.  This will be a two-up bike for me, so probably not one of the two teased so far.  I have to assume that the rest of the touring line will have similar changes.  I guess we'll see when it drops.

Like I said, we'll see what the end product is.  It could be a long winter of waiting for me... :D

Did you see Apple CarPlay flash up on the screen? Both of me teenagers have that in their cars and it’s really nice.

That's a lot of new stuff.....and Harley is notoriously bad at including function and reliability with new stuff. I'm going to give it 5 years of 'consumer testing' before I take the leap.

Agreed...but maybe a little less than 5 years..but ain't going near a Harley motor the first year it is out.

I did it twice, lol. 2007 times with the 110 and 2017 with the M8. I was lucky, no issues with both.

The 110 was not trouble-free in 2012...so....that's 5 years....I'll maybe wait 6+

I do not believe the twin cam 110 was ever trouble free.  My 2015 CVO had the motor replaced under warranty with 44K miles on it, two days before it was two years old.

Lifters have always been an issue in the 110.

Half as lucky as you.  My 2017 M8 has been trouble free, no issues, still running strong.  Had the oil seep problem on my 2007 with the 110.  After the engine fix had the compensator problems on the 2007.  Loved the 2007 color combo & the look, hated the unreliability especially when on a long trip.

Not interested in a new bike but am interested to see how this new HD engine holds up.

For the moment, I don’t like the styling at all.
In my country, there were 2 2022 CVO’s left. So I bought one.
I’ll see in 4 or 5 years if I like the new ones or not 😉✌️
