What an IDIOT driver!  Unfortunately many of us have had a similar experience of the years.

I wonder if he/she was finishing up their last spot of tea, while speaking to a coworker on the phone, just after texting their friend about meeting up at the pub after work???  Now-a-days nothing surprises me.

Thank goodness it was a miss.
