Rocker Lockers for S&S V124 Motor

I was told to order the DK-RL-AMSP-TC. Rocker Lockers. 
   Nothing Fits! Even the Teflon tool is too large diameter. Here are the measurements. S&S
Rocker Support Plate 1.57"
Hole for bolts .335"
Bolt .308"


Long Brass 1.29"   .355" diameter
at narrow end .375" wide end
Short Brass .87"   .345" Narrow
.360 wide end.
Is there a Rocker Locker kit that fits?
I can't find it. Thanks

Does anyone have the measurements for Late Twin Cam rocker lockers? I can't find anything to fit

I have a kit that I will be installing next service, take note that the sleeves are tapered.

Aussie:
Measurements on the sleeves I have are the same as the image only i have added the wall thickness.
OD Small end  = 8.8mm (.347")
OD Large end  = 9.2mm (.362")
Length            = 22mm (.866")
Wall thickness = 0.4mm (.016")

I Bought sleeves from DK and they didn't fit..the S&S V124 rocker shaft mounts. They refunded my money.
