I am trying to get an old tour pack painted to match my 2004 black/blue seeg.  I was told that Harley would not release the actual paint.  Can anyone help me get the right color codes to pass on to the paint shop?

Try the "search" tool up on top.  Search by "paint code" or "paint codes" and let the search go back 300 days or so.  You should find several hits as this has come up before several times.  Good luck.

Wow, that's yet another mind boggle for me Twolanerider.. I have always been told and under the misdirection that I would need to send whatever I wanted to paint back to the MoCo.. until I hit the search for the hits. Damn a stock pile of info here

Good deal.  Glad it helped.  And yeah, this has proved to be a pretty resourceful bunch.  You can turn us loose from a parking lot and we'll end up going six different directions and ride 200 miles to make it to the breakfast place across the street from the hotel.  So you probably don't want to talk about our navigation skills.  But we can figure crap out pretty good otherwise!

I have just found out that Harley DOES NOT OWN the paint codes PPG does. The colors and codes are in the newest PPG computer matching systems. I just had some paint work done on both of my SEEG's and they match perfect!!!!!!

If you do not find a code PM me and I will get it for you.
