I'm getting that Thunderstar rim for my FXR4. Thank you for researching and fitting that rim. Thanks for the part number.
Did you have to buy any additional kits to fit it, Mr. Jorge? Your pictures have convinced me to get that rim.

And to all FXR2,3,4 riders, a technical question. The nut on my front wheel axle is flush with the end axle threads, can't see any axle threads. I have a FXR4 with the stock laced rim. Can you riders see any of the axle threads past the nut?
I have taken the chrome axle covers off. Glad I checked it, something else to ponder.

PS, I have tried tightening/torquing the nut, it's tight. Put a tick mark on the nut and it did not move ( or rotate ccw ) during my first ( it's new to me ) ride.
