Harley dealers install (not factory) free of charge as part of first inspection

The factory doesn't install one, many dealers do as part of the prep (it makes it much easier for them to charge the batteries of bikes in inventory). If you want to know if your particular bike has one all you have to do is look at your battery terminals and see if a separate charging harness is attached. If you aren't familiar with what it looks like, see attachment.

Just a plug for Foremans HD in Stillwater, OK. They installed the tender and gave me the charger to go with it!
