I have this problem that happens "sometimes"... Since it doesn't happen very often, I am not able to show my problem to the dealer or even record it.

I found a video on YouTube where you can hear the same noise I have.

Fuel pump issue ?

Fuel pressure regulator would be my first guess, followed by the fuel pump. Some other Breakout owners were recently talking about having problems with low fuel pressure in another thread. Since it wasn't just one or two people, perhaps Harley had a bad batch of parts get into the Breakout production run?
