Wondering what kind of chain cam tensioner HD is using in 2014. Are there still concerns about breakdown like the older bikes?

Harley changed from the spring loaded tensioners that were the original design for the Twin Cams, to hydraulically loaded tensioners in 2007 (2006 Dyna's).  The hydraulic tensioners have been better in terms of reliability, but still aren't what I'd call bullet proof.  Your 2014 uses the same hydraulic tensioner part numbers that were introduced on that 2006 Dyna.
