As soon as I hear the words "on my youtube channel" I lose interest in most things. Just someone trying to push their channel with a subtle hint. To me it doesn't add much value to what they have to say. Piss poor quality video and the fact he can't look at the camera is a turn off. I made it 3 minutes in.

All bike manufacturers have issues. Indian is no exception, neither is BMW.

Indian seems to deal with problems with a little more integrity than Harley.

All motorcycles have failures.

It is the manufactures response that makes the difference.  HD does not take ownership or responsibility for their design failures.  Having no experience with other brands of motorcycles, I cannot comment on how other manufactures handle their design failures.

You can't sell thousands of bikes, or anything else, without having a problem here or there.  Basing a motorcycle on one guy's YouTube posting is too antidotal.  A better evaluation would be to look on the IM forum, see if there's a recurring problem, and based on owner postings, ask yourself if Indian addresses that problem under warranty.  It 'll also tell you the frequency of the issue.

If you have a YouTube channel you should learn how to film. What is up with not looking at the camera? Indians, like every other brand, has long-term problems. Just do some surfing. But I am sure those guys just accept the failures and go on. Just like Chevy guys, or Harley guys. Everyone complains about HD being hardnosed regarding warranty if you mess with the systems on bike. Try taking a new Camaro in for trans warranty that has had a "tune".  HD is not the only company cutting back on warranty stuff.
