Not a cvo but will a 140/90 tire fit on a 2004 road king with a mt 90 b16 tire which is 130/90?

Yes. I've even run 150s on mine.

My 04 SEEG has a 140/90B-16 Michelin Commander II on the rear...someone correct me if I’m wrong but I think all the 04 touring models have the same frame and swing arm dimensions in the rear.

Yes they do.  And the 140 rear tire fits with no problem, some 150's however will be very close to the belt guard.  Anyone considering a 150 should check the specs of the brand being considered and compare the full width to the available space.

Yes I run a 150 on my 2001 RK with a RC rim just removed the belt guard and check your axle spacers to center your tire back

It’s my 3rd: 1st tire lasted 10-12k (was on the bike when I got it) 2nd lasted 1,500 miles (got a big ol screw in it before the tits even wore off) so I gave it to a buddy who runs a tube, 3rd tire has about 3k on it now.  I’ve run Dunlops and Metzelers on my old Night Train and I like the Michelins the best.  They are long lasting, very smooth and handle great.  I don’t think I’ll ever switch brands.
