It will fit, that's the same pipe and part number that I have on mine.  The one for the Rocker does not have the correct O2 sensor bungs, you have to use adapters.  The one for the softail has the 12mm bungs that are in the correct locations.

This was the 2 into 1 that I had on my bike which I still have for sale in you are interested... This pipe fits flawlessly!  :coolblue:
