Well we wouldn't want anything to happen to you so we better be safe. Maybe you can have them installed by seller before you get your V-Rod? :)

My guess is he's got enough time behind wrenches and enough tools to do the job. And quite possibly have a lot of time in the near future to do just that.

d00d,
You go if you like, but I know regardless of who's driving I'm not into riding on the back of a scoot going 100+. Risk taker that you are, you go for it d00d. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
-
I would think going 100+ MPH in a controlled environment with someone that has had excessive training might be safer then driving a fire engine on city streets with drivers not paying attention and pulling out in front of you. [smiley=confused5.gif]

That would be why I referred to you as a risk taker....although calculated, a risk taker [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Calculated risk taker, and a benefit hound. She is very easy on the eyes, and would be nice to hold close and tight. [smiley=devilish.gif]

http://www.vtracegirl.com/gallerytext.htm.
She races that V Rod she's on.
Don't tempt me!! I have children to raise and somebody has to pay their college tuition. Note she has mid mounts instead of forward mounts. I like my mid mounts. Feel more in control with your legs and feet under your body! Saves the @$$ on all RRX too!
-
Don't tempt me!!
-
Look at her site, DAMN she has a bunch of V's!! Several of them do have forward controls!
A friend of mine races sportbikes and teaches at the m/c race school for Dunlop. Hmmmm....wonder if I should look up Jeff and see how it goes! Expensive hobbie until it becomes a career! Wonder how long it'd take to clear a $100 grand???????

Hey we might have more in common than originally thought...
From VTracegirlcom:
"Feeling that there was more to motorcycles than just being a passenger, Valerie bought her own the next day. It was a 1999 Harley-Davidson 1200 Sportster. She attended the basic rider course and quickly found her new passion. Three months later, working at Downtown Harley-Davidson in Seattle Washington, she realized that the Sportster was not enough. She bought her current bike, a 2000 Fatboy, and has not looked back since. Valerie has taken her Fatboy through its paces, customizing it along the way. She now owns a great looking bike that packs 110 horsepower."
Let's see...I bought my 1999 HD Sportster 1200S in December. Took the riding class in below freezing weather in January and by Bike Week, decided I wanted more POWER!!!! Wouldn't mind following in the rest of her footsteps!
