Title: Help! Code b1125

Can anyone give me a little insight. My 2011 CVO with 53,000 miles has started showing the Security key while riding. It also shows a faint left turn signal. I checked all my lights and everything is operating normally. I pulled the code and it says b1125 with part number 68924-07. I have led turn signals and installed a load equalizer to slow the blinking. That has been 5 years ago and everything was fine. I disconnected my load equalizer, cleared the code, and it still shows the security light and left turn signal.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked the actual lights themselves for function?  That code will come up with bad bulbs (LED or incandescent), bad grounds, bad wiring at the sockets, and I've even had it come up with a loose battery cable and a bad ground cable over the years.  Check each corner though.  That weak turn signal indicator is the most common tell tale of a bad ground or wiring problem at a signal light.

What Twolane said.  The turn signals have been famous (infamous?) for water ingestion leading to corrosion of the bulb sockets, so that would be one of the first places I'd look.

You guys might have something there as I was caught in a rainstorm the day before it started. I'll go out and pull the bulbs and check for water. Thank you!

 :orange: Ding, Ding, Ding......Winner, winner, chicken dinner! Took the left turn signal cover off and it poured out water! Left the bike in the sun to dry out, cleaned out signal housing, and a few hours later put it back together and voila! we have signal without warning lights! Thank you for your input. I love this site!

That's good news.  Nice to have an inexpensive fix.

Water can get captured in the rear of those lights; behind the reflector.  Water can also get in the back of those housings as well where the wire enters.  Loosening the light housing from the vertical bracket and putting a bit of silicone at the mating area is a worthwhile rainy Saturday chore sometime.
