Does anyone know if there is an SKF or other quality brand of bearing to replace the Harley 8885 bearing? This is the bearing that sits on the clutch rod and mounts in the clutch housing and operates the pressure plate

Would you happen to have the bearing measurements they could be referenced at an industrial bearing supplier

Actually have the inner race and the outer race but the rest was dust. Thought I would ask here first, then call Motion in the morning and see if they can match it up in an angular contact bearing

NOTES, ETC:
On NSK bearings: “V” = rubber seal on one side; “V V” = rubber seal on both sides; “Z” = steel shield on one side; “ZZ” = steel
shield on both sides; “DU” = heavy contact seal one side; “DDU” = heavy contact seal both sides.
“Heavy Contact” = higher drag. Normally the “V V” seal is sufficient.
I have never seen “DW” on an NSK bearing.
Ball bearing mfgrs. all use their own numbering system, although many of them are similar to each other.
Fafnir: “P” = rubber seal, “KD” = steel shield, etc.
SKF: “RS” = rubber seal, “Z” = steel shield, etc.
No suffix = no seal or shield
Seals retain grease & exclude contaminants. Shields do not – they need an auxiliary seal to do that. Often ball bearings that
are sealed or shielded on both sides are cheaper (because they are more common). You can safely pry out the seal/shield on
the side where it’s not needed. I’ve listed mostly double sealed/shielded bearings in the chart. The “C3” designation on some ball
bearings a clearance designation (the clearance, or “fit”, between the balls & the outer race). “C3” bearings are common (probably
the most common), and can be used in many applications.

forget the 8885 bearing
fit an Angular contact ball bearing, eg: a 7200 BEP

Don, I not so sure on the 8885 cross to the 6208 bearing. I'll do a little checking when I get to work but typically the last 2 numbers × 5 will give you the bearing bore in MM. That would make that bearing a 40mm bore. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet but my first guess is the 8885 is going to be like 10mm bore.
Edit...
Don, maybe a typo from original poster but the 8885 HD is a NTN 6200. The 6200 will cross over to whatever brand is your preferred brand. 10MM ID x 30MM OD x 9MM Wide

Almost nothing here. A few individual tree stand out but they are outliers. We went from too warm to too cool to suddenly.

We were out Saturday when the clutch went away but it looked like a long as we were south of 412 we were finding areas with a little color, but other areas that hadn't even tried to turn yet. It will probably turn out this year where we will wake one morning and the wind will have cleared the trees out.
Thank you for the cheat sheet. I have it copied and saved.

A NTN is a Japan made bearing it is a high quality bearing skf would be my second choice

Probably several different manufacturers that could provide a quality bearing. I am just a little partial to SKF because I deal with their stuff almost daily and am able to get them overnight if the local bearing house doesn't have them on shelf

Thinking the same thing on the colors. A tree here and there are nice. Most not. Some fell with no color at all and it looks like most of the rest will do the same. Mother nature was boring this fall.
