To All the Exhaulted Ones, I'm swapping out my bars and I will be changing [smiley=nixweiss.gif] the clutch cable so I will be draining the tranny fluid.I read in some earlier posts that there may be a better choice other than the SYN 3 I've been using. Please advise. Later, Q

I run Redline Gear Oil in mine. I don't like the idea of a lightweight oil in my tranny. If you do a search on fluids, I'm sure that you'll find several threads discussing the various holes/oils.

Another vote for Redline Shockproof Heavy for the tranny.
Redline MTL for the primary.
And either Mobil One or Amsoil for the engine.
ps: K&N for the oil and air filters...........

I'm with the majority on the Shockproof and I like TallyKing recommend www.myoilshop.com ..

myoilshop.com doesn't seem to have Redline MTL... or am I just missing it somehow??

Mobil 1 75w90 gear lube is another option.
