Sorry to a good friend, but it was funny to me.
So I travel 300 miles to purchase a new to me 2005 FLHTCSE2 Teal, many of you knew this.
After all is close to done I ask the seller for the Gold Key? In comes my friend with a hand full, saying, "I don't know which one fits that bike". So we try a few and find the correct key.
Life is tough when you have soooooooooo many Gold Keys that you don't know what fits what!
Love you Don!
Why is this in the pictures section? Because there was a bunch taken by others and they can post them here, THAT'S WHY......

Hey Dave
What can I say it seems that with every bike I was buying the dealer asked if I needed or wanted the key and there were times I got an extra! :huepfenlol2: Hope you and Donna enjoy it and put many miles on it!
-
Congrats on your purchase of a very cool new ride.
Excellent choice, if I do say so myself.
:2vrolijk_21:
Enjoy!
-
Thanks all. We love the bike. Donna got her first ride today, she did fine with the openness of the chopped tour pak. We will have to look into a king tp for long rides, but it is fine for now.
-
Does this mean I'm gonna have to get my nails done in Black Candy Crimson Charcoal Slate?
-
And guess who had their nails painted to match the bike........ and nooooo... It wasn't Dave
Are you sure? He does have gloves on in all the pictures! :nixweiss: :nixweiss:
-
Congratulations! I really like my teal SEEG05. I had the jeweler put the key on a gold chain with a gold "attachment" that has three diamonds in a vertical row for my wife. If she is along, I always have a spare key.
-
Nice bike Dave and Donna.
Since Dave was so kind to associate me with Big Bird.

Sexuality
In the bandana code of the gay leather subculture, wearing a teal bandana means that one's sexual fetish is cock and ball torture. :nixweiss:
Sounds like somebody will be needing a new seat! :jalapeno: :jalapeno: :jalapeno:

You can search and you also have a better memory. I'll be the bigger bird and concede this one to the duck, I mean Jalapeno. I suppose you'd like an apology regarding the "teal handkerchief" Wikipedia trivia. I'm sorry!

Hell no, an apology from you will NEVER be needed. I dish it out, I better be able to take it! Hope to come up that way soon, I need some miles on the Jalapeno.

Sooo..... Are you saying these CVO bikes are supposed to come with a "Gold Key"??? I bought mine used and didn't get one!!! Is there a way for me to get one for it or am I just being anal?
-
Yes, these bikes come with a gold key. As for being anal, the key sits in its box and never gets used. Don't think that it makes any difference whether or not you have a gold key.

Take your VIN to the dealer and give them $95, they'll order you one.

They are kinda like the big heavy bulkie cvo bike cover.....Congratulations on owning the best color bike in the line....

2nd option is on a gold chain hanging from your lady's neck.
-
Makes a nice "last minute" gift too......

and make sure the chain is big enough to carry all that gold. :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:
