Found out XM forgot to send the link for traffic and weather. I'll get that done tomorrow

If you have a Sirius/XM account, you can go online and request a signal on their web page. Just make sure you have bike out of garage with clear view of the sky.

I live in a crap area for signal so I have to wait until I get a mile or so from my house in the morning.

Mine is $36 with traffis and weather. Just got it two days ago. took two phone calls and with the threat to cancel.

That is a good price right there.  My trial just ended on the bike, they are offering 29.95 for SiriusXM select package for 6 months.  they usually want 20 for the traffic and weather for six months.

I reactivated the expired account when I purchased my '13.  Went with the basic package, no traffic or weather.  Will give it 6 months and terminate if the reception isn't any good.  I have Sirius/XM in my commuters (no traffic/weather either) and don't have too many complaints with the basic package.  All I need is music and no long-winded DJ's...

Renewed tonite, $99.00 / subscription ( I have 3) and 50% off for traffic and weather on the bike. I also removed my credit card so they cannot auto bill in the future. $2.00 to get a paper bill but that way I will remember to call to renew and threaten to cancel prior to them auto renewing.

Y'all jinxed me! Went on a ride last night and noted the preview channel only was available. Damn. Signed into my online account and saw they offered me $39/6MO or $99/Year. IDK if it worth it since I listed to the IPOD 90% of the time.

Might pay for the traffic and weather as both seem to be more pertinent when riding a motorcycle.

Just got off the phone with them and the only deal they would give me is the select plan for $36 for 6 months. Picking up the new bike in 4 weeks so I guess I'll get a few free months with that.

I believe you get two months free trial. You can wait till spring and start it then. No sense in burning up the free trial in the garage while  waiting for good riding weather.

Well they finally shut mine off. On line deal of five months for 30 bucks total. Took it. No weather or traffic. Used both but never changed a route or stopped riding because of rain ahead.

I got the same offer in a email, but no Howard in that deal so I did a online chat, they ended up giving me 6 months with Howard (still no weather or traffic) for $54.00

Didn't know you guys have to subscribe and cough up for getting tunes and radio on your side of the pond. Or am I missing something here?
I get all my tunes from SoundCloud download what I want Bluetooth them to my phone plug the phone into the bike and I'm rocking and rolling no cost. The radio I couldn't give two monkeys about when riding.
