'15 FLTRUSE with TTS100 Cam - Dyno Results
« on: July 31, 2018, 01:42:26 PM »

Thought I'd post this here for anyone thinking about a cam for a CVO 110, stage 1 motor.   This is a new 110 long block with Fuelmoto 2-1-2 Stainless header, S&S Premium lifters and CVO cans with Fullsac 2.0 cores.  Tuning by Doc's Performance here in FL. Doc is the man!

Very happy with the results.   Pulls like a freight train compared to the stocker 255 cam.  Virtually zero valve train noise to boot!

Was the previous setup (red line with the 255 cams) tuned before the run? My old stage 1 110" with the 255's were very similar to your new TTS numbers and curve (98hP/116TQ if I recall).

Regardless, the new setup is a stump puller for sure!

The red line was restored factory program in the ECM with the listed equipment, so not tuned.

I had the TTS100 base map loaded, but we went back to stock program to begin the tune so I don't know where the "canned TTS100" map would have fit on the dyno.  Somewhere in between I guess.....

I had Doc install Mastertune TTS (replaced Screamin Eagle Tuner) in October 2013 on my 110 CVO. Stock 255 cams, Fulsac Header with 2" cores in stock cans.  Results Max HP. 95.79 & Max Torque 118.71. I have just replaced the lifters with S&S Premiums, replaced the 255 cams (damaged) with the same 255 cams. I felt no reason to change out the cams as it has plenty HP & TQ. to do what I need it to do. We do a lot of touring & I also pull a Bushtec Trailer.

My 2013 CVO did similar numbers with just an exhaust swap, breather and tuner change.

Better actually as the TQ started signing off much later in the RPM range allowing me to shift later and less often.

No doubt Doc can tune 'em and I bet your throttle response is dialed in perfectly.  :2vrolijk_21:
