Communication harness question

Will a CVO communication harness (mounts to the inner fairing) work on a street glide special.

What year bike? Why? Why not just go with something like a Sena unit and go Bluetooth? Helmet to helmet? Seems like this is a step backwards unless I am missing something.

Don't know if a CVO one will work, but HD sells a wire set to add wired helmet mic/speakers  to a SG for about $70.
