Time Zone question?
« on: March 28, 2007, 07:50:53 AM »

At the end of the home page there is a listing of who has been on the site each day.
When I scroll over a name it shows the time of day they were on the site.
Being on the East Coast (Right coast) when I scroll over a name of a member on the West Coast (left coast)
is the time that shows with their handle their time or my time.

For example AK
His name shows 1:13 AM but is that his time (10:13 PM) or does the site adjust the time to show 1:13 my time?
Or was he actually on at 1:13 AM.

It appears that the names get sorted in time order at the bottom. That's why the order of the names is always changing. It looks like it's based on the time you use in your profile. Then again, it might just appear that way to me. WTF do I know. All I know is I keep finding more stuff this new system can do. It's far more powerful than the old system. Neal did an awesome job with this new system! :2vrolijk_21: Hoist! 8)

From my late nite experience I found that it indicates the last activity(last movement thru posts  or last actual post) and it is corrected for our time zone.

That's what I thought
again Thanks!

And AK (Andy)
I thought "DAMN" those left coast guys keep really late hours.
I thought Don was the only one up that late.
But take 3 hours off the left coast time and there you have it.
Those old guys have to go to bed the same time as me! ;)
