No, but I think it would have been a great idea. They do need a little more orange, too much black. I removed the tourpak and the bike looks better to me for around town. Much better ride also. Feels more like my old scoots. Hear the duals better also. I would like to see some pics also.

While the blue looks really good and the red should have also been color matched, I'm not sure how the orange would look. I'd love to see a mock-up or actual picture of it. I wonder why they didn't paint the red's? $ perhaps?

Yeah, I'm with you on that one too.  Don't mean to hijack the thread but has anyone with a cherry jester repainted the inner faring?  :cherry:

Yes, TexasLurker, Linny, had his done. We saw it in HS and it looked really sharp.

Even above and beyond looking very sharp it looked like it belonged that way.  Not "too much" of anything.  It's the way it should have always been.

On the Red bike, I think it looked great!!  Linny did a particularly great job, adding the black stripe and all.

This is just my opinion, but on a B/O, I think the solid orange innner would NOT look good with the rest of the bike.  Now an Orange stripe on the inner might look very good, similar to the way Linny did his black stripe.

I'm not even sure a orange inner fairing would work on a :pumpkin: either. :nixweiss: I've always those that have the banana's liked having the inner fairing painted. Seems to me that yellow and orange are on the bright side of the color spectrum and might be to bright/busy for an inner fairing. :nixweiss:

Hmmm. If that's the case maybe I should paint mine orange. I fell asleep on the bike on the way back from Sturgis '04. :nervous: Luckily it was only for a few seconds but it definitely tightened up the sphincter muscles. :vrolijk27:

I like the painted inner fairing concept, d00d, but on light and bright colours, it's a bit much, but it WAS possible to do it, then make it REALLY classy, like I did on my '06 CUSE - the Autumn Haze inner was just too light, so I ebayed for a black Dashinator kit, which were obsolete by then.  Found one, still in the package for a fraction of the real price, and it looked great - I think it would be excellent on the inner of the Jester if painted orange, as well as the pumpkin, and the yellow FLHTCSE.  Shame the MoCo discontinued them!  :-\
