hello from Michigan
« on: December 15, 2007, 09:30:57 AM »

New to this site. I started with a 2007 screaming eagle dyna silver with black paint in the summer and now have a screaming eagle duracell ultra.

Thanks for the information.  My dyna has the mirror vibration problem even though the engine seems really smooth, particularly when compared to my 99 road king.  My Ultra cover didn't fit.  It was nice to know others are having that problem too.  And I need to check and make sure the CD is off on the radio.  Unfortunately, my driveway is 700 feet of ice covered gravel.  I hope I don't polish the chrome off the wheels over the winter.

Thanks for all the good advice.   I love my CVO bikes.   Any ideas about what I can do with them over the long winter?

Welcome to the site. Tuff getting new toys in the winter the seat seems to wear out faster. Sneak it out between thaws and have some fun.

Welcome from Indiana.  After spending 18 years in Michigan I know how much time you 're going to have on your hands this winter to find all sorts of goodies to put on those new wheels.

Welcome and yeah, what DooD said!  I had no idea I needed so many modifications until I joined this forum.  I'm out $1,000 so far and see another $2,500 in the short term.  The good news is that you can sell the CVO parts (seat, pipes etc) to help finance mods.
