Tire size questions?

My Bike 2006FLHTCUSE,
It's time to buy tires,and I would like to switch to dunlop 404's instead of the stock dunlop 402's(don't really care if Harley Davidson's name is on tire)mostly because of price.My question,is a D402-MT90B16 the same as D404-130/90/16 and D402-MU85B16 the same as D404-140/90/16,thank you in advance for all comments.

Went to E-3's  on my '06 Haze ,Stock on front 140 on back So far so good, did 6521 miles in 22 days bike handled great, tested on the Dragon....Greg
