Frame Stabilizer Poll
« on: August 23, 2008, 12:24:37 PM »

Ok Everyone,

I have read many, if not all of the threads here on these devices, and now I would like to know . . .

Which Frame Stabilizer is the most popular among our members?

The poll is set to run for 14 days, so please vote  :2vrolijk_21:

and also, feel free to elaborate on why you prefer the one you do.

Thanks

I use the True Track because they used to be the only game in town, and have had it o n from the beginning. The original! And as Jerry basically stated elsewhere, they would all do the same thing. No sense in taking it off to replace it with another device that does the same thing. I have no problem with getting my lift under it. My suspension is raised to stock RK height and have never scraped the TT either. ;)

I'm getting ready to buy one of these stabilizer units.......and it's going to be the Bagger-Brace.

From looking at all of them, the Bagger-Brace looks like the best made and most solid unit........and surprisingly it's the cheapest.

$289 and if you mention the HDForum you get free shipping.

Got both the Ride Str8 and the True Trac on different bikes. They both perform about the same only difference I can tell is the center stand will only work with the Ride Str8.

Had a TT on my '05 SEEG, made a little difference, and on my '08 SEUC, made no difference whatsoever. Go figure. I am waiting for my '09 SEUC and with the new frame I am hoping to not have to add anything to stabilize it.

I use the Accu Trak from F'NA Pure Performance.  It's made of powder coated steel.  It triangulates and spreads the load very well.  It's a simple bolt on; you don't even need to remove the right exhaust.  It sits above and inside the exhaust, so no ground clearance problems.

I noticed a difference immediately.  The bike tracks great in all situations, very pleased.  http://www.purefnperformance.com/

Tru Trac has been very good for the wobbles I had. Looking forward to Traxxion work for the front end this winter.
