Anyone using the new Boom Audio?

   Looking to purchase the items to talk bike to bike and have intercom and also xm any thoughts is this stuff better than the old setup

Not sure what you mean when you say "old setup," but I installed the Boom Audio Music Intercom Kit, HD p/n 77108-09.  Basically, it's a kit for installing rider and passenger headset connectors and controls for intercom and, with a CB module added to the HK headunit, CB radio without changing the tank console for the rider headset connector, or installing a tour pak for the passenger headset connector and controls.

The kit works and is especially useful for owners who don't want to change their tank console (e.g. FLHXSE, FLTRSE3, FLHTCSE/2, et al.) and/or don't want to have a tour pak on the bike, but want to have an intercom and/or CB.

That is the kit I am interested in my understanding is that you need to purchase the wiring harness pt #70169-06 also is this correct?
