Aux Input Jack Moved to Back of Radio
« on: November 19, 2009, 12:01:45 PM »

I think I saw somewhere instructions and a parts list for placing two aux inputs on the rear.  I have an 09 SEUC and want to have inputs into the aux from my 660 Zumo GPS and my Whistler Crusader Radar Detector.  I saw a post somewhere that showed how to add 2 Aux inputs to the rear of the HK radio, Pictures and even a parts list from Radio Shack.  Since both the GPS and Radar detector would have intermittent output I would hope they would not cause any overload damage.  Sure could use a pointer or two from anyone of you knowledgeable folks out there including a link to the aforementioned post.  I did see one with pictures but is was a single rear input; great but not what I need.

Thanks, this is not the one I saw but it looks like I could put one input on the right channel and the other on the left

Ok I am not aware of a dual aux on the back of the radio.

You may want to PM Jim (HD Dude), I don't think you can run the output of the radar detector into your radio.
