This morning at 08:55 on our terrace looking down on the city of
Kriens, looked awful good to ride, but was only 4° Celsius and I had
to go to work (IT-Department). Starting with a look to the left side.

and I'm jealous about your possiblilities to drive with much less

I'm living in Switzerland for 23 years now. The first 9 years I've been
living in Lucerne, about 4 miles from where I live now. I'm working for
Imbach Logistic (www.imbach-logistik.ch), a national carrier, which
was sold to 2 years ago to Galliker, a swiss owned but international
carrier (www.galliker.com). I'll try to make more pics of different
times and locations around my home.

Yep, knew I'd been there. We have friends in Stuart, have run out of there a few times and St Lucie Inlet. My buddy runs a 60' Hatteras out of Sailfish Point. We have crusied the inland rivers there everytime we are visiting.

We ride up to Stuart for a killer bfast buffet at a rider friedly spot, wahoos, across the new big bridge. Pretty up there and good fishin too. Let me know when you are down next time..I'll buy Bfast..hell its only 9$ all you can eat.

I also know this inlet at one time the Coast Guard had a small station and grocery their I fished off Palm Beach and Martin county for many years

Yes.....it IS a VERYNICE Mancave...take my word for it(FatherTime is my BR/inlaw) I think we're gonna designate it the "Sunday Ride ta Meet'n" place for all the guys we ride with in our area. Owe my first what I call "BIG Bike" ride'n experience to this guy.....He had a 750 K1 Honda,bored 836,wheelie bars and not sure what else when he met my sis some 29 yrs ago.......turned me loose in the street with it right off the bat and watched helplessly as I almost took out 5 mailboxes.....and he never got upset!!

Denis, I use to live in a "neighborhood" but when Harleyrider_49 got his spot in the country I thought I'd like a place like that some day. My wife got tired of the neighborhood falling off so she started looking for a place. Didn't think I'd ever move 'cause I had a 1200 ft mancave there along with a pool, ports,garage,every thing I needed, but she found this place. This place sits in the middle of 100 ackers with nothing around but woods and farmland. My 1200ft mancave became 4000ft and my home went from 2200ft to 3800 ft. My driveway went from 40ft to 1/2 mile. My plans are to turn the mancave to just that, a place where bikers can come out listen to a killer sound system, drink what ever, have bonfires in a big Fire pit, work on bikes and just enjoy country life. You're right, this place is to die for.

Yeah, but it's Beautiful!! I rode today and got onto some freshly salted roads (here in NC, can you believe it?) that DOT was putting down in anticipation of a storm heading our way. I got hot riding in a leather jacket today. And even hotter when I had to come home and wash the Huckleberry to get the salt off. aaaaarrgh.

Hopeing for some good weather in 3 weeks when riding south to Daytona. That's the beginning of the riding season for sure.

Fathertime, kind reply thanks, don't get me wrong I am very happy with my lot in life, live in a lovely neighbourhood, great friends and good people around me and a climate that a lot of people would envy, its just that a bigger shed would be great. My tropical garden is spectacular, pool, home on stilts etc and nothing to complain about. I have produced some great projects both two and four wheeled out of my shed but sometimes I get sick of moving stuff around to work on it. The other side of that coin is the weather allows me the freedom to work in it all year round. I guess my comments were in the order of truly appreciating and being happy for you in what you have, yours in riding, denis.

DeeKay, I notiiced your avatar and it made me think of a bike I wanted real bad a couple of years ago. At the time it had 30k miles on it and the dealer wanted a new bike price for it, looking back I sorta wish I had gone ahead and got it. I to this day think it's the best bike Harley ever put out. I'm sure it runs as good as it looks. Enjoy man, you got a sweet one there!!!!

I have just stepped off an italian go fast and the perforance of FATSE is great, pulls like a train and over 3000rpm comes on strong, love the bike, it is everything I hoped it would be, finish is awsome and looks great going down the road, I thank you for your comments and am loving looking at all the others in the range, denis.

It is a beautiful snow... just to much of it.... 20 - 28 inches is just a little over the top for me. I've been out once this morning shoveling and cleaning the cars off. This is a heavy/wet snow so I'm trying to stay ahead of it so it will not be such a PITA after it stops.
