I would also like to know as I am rolling with the Windvest also.

I'm gonna guess it must be polycarbonate, whenever Anne starts throwing rocks at me I duck behind it and it ain't broke yet :huepfenlol2:

We use a high impact acrylic/GE Plexiglass.  We use this material because is doesn’t shatter on impact and it is easily repairable if it gets scratched.

 "High Impact" Is said to be stronger than poly especially if it is heat formed and not a flat shield bent under pressure

Man that is one extreme way to show a difference in materials. The guy that comes at my bike with any of those objects had better worry about my CCW cause I'm gonna shoot his A$$
