DOOD surely you jest!!!!! There is always BBQ in the fridge up on the Mountain. As a matter of fact I just check inventory and there is 8 racks of baby backs 4 chicken quarters potato salad and "THE DAWGS" award winning baked beans!!!! Oh and I forgot 31 quarts of "DA SAUCE" that was just made and Jarred ready for shipping on Monday!!!

I will be cooking this weekend at Gastonia Harley Davidson in a pro comp. If anyone is in the area feel free to stop by. I do have sauce made but I have had no time to mail it out. It will happen next weekend. Thanks for all the interest.

To everyone who sent me a PM about the sauce. It is almost ready to go into production. I have some time this month and will be making one of the last batches at the house. So if you sent me a PM requesting some sauce STAND BY!!!!

BTW when the smoke cleared at the end of COMPETITION BBQ season THE DCFD BBQ TEAM was on of the best in the nation. A lot of changes have been made for the upcoming season, but the sauce remains the same!!!!!

Gary I have my hands full with BBQ and retirement. I am now looking for a place to open a carry out ONLY!!!!! I really don't want the hassles of tables and more staff. If I find the right place it will only be open 4 days a week. I really am in the RETIREMENT MODE now!!!! Oh and yes Axil has been taking my private stash out of here at an alarming rate!
