skippy,

Just a thought here - how did you have the wires tied in to your bike wiring?  Solder, or crimp connectors, or taps?  If they don't find anything wrong with the TV unit, you may have had a bad connection.  If you were using those blue taps that you squeeze with a pair of pliers, they are famous for this.  Preferred method is solder, next best method is heat sealed crimp connectors.

Not yet.  I sent it to them and they told me they are having their engineer look into it.  Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

Terry sent me a new unit to use.  I put it on and the bike ran pretty well from startup on.  Much better than the first unit I put on.  The first one, the bike really ran rough for quite a while, but got better as time went on.  This new one it ran very well from the start.  I've heard that some of the problems have been with the larger bore engines, but my unit wouldn't even power on when it quit.  They still have not told me what happened to it but they said they'd let me know when they find out.
So far, so good.
